More than just a telemetry module...

nemi DAQ is i4M's small all-rounder in terms of Data AcQuisition. It is a wireless telemetry module with a wide range of connection options to measure and monitor strains, loads, forces, displacements (e.g. cracks) or temperatures. In addition to that, various digital and analog sensors can be connected. With its integrated IMU, it also measures accelerations, rotation rates, rotation angles and magnetic fields. Due to the long battery life and our highly efficient radio technology nemi Link 2400, nemi DAQ is ideally suited for use in rotating or moving applications such as torsion / torque measurements in drive trains or load measurements on rotating or moving components. For permanent installations, it can be operated with a wide-range voltage input.

Online condition monitoring for the analysis of the dynamic behavior of roller coasters

To enable continuous online condition monitoring, we installed a nemione measuring system on a roller coaster that provides reliable data with the help of three small wireless sensors (nemi G+ and nemi DAQ) and the gateway nemi EdgeBase.
